Dee, as she is known to patients and residents, is praised by supervisors and coworkers alike. “Dee is one of the best registered nursing assistants I have ever had the pleasure of working with,” says Director of Human Resources Cindy Moberg. “She always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say. When asked why she is in the caregiving field, Dee says she loves taking care of people. Recently, one of Augustana Chapel View’s discharged patients returned to visit Dee. The patient hugged Dee, telling her how much she loved her. This patient is just one of many that love Dee—and we are grateful she chose to work at Augustana Chapel View.
